Halloween weekend
Monday, 3 November 2003 15:12Well, it's Monday again. It's still grey. I bet it will rain on me on my way home... but perhaps I will still survive?!
I am tired now. I've been working down at the stock again and it's tiring in another way than my usual job. I'm not used to doing that kind of physical work, of course. But it is nice not to have to deal with the customers all day.
I've been to the company doctor today to do a health check. We all have to do that now. All my readings were good, that is nice. I am one who prefer not going to the doctor as I think that as long as I do not - nothing will be wrong with me. Silly but true. I've also done my first class of chi gong... and it was... uhm... interesting. I don't know if it's something for me, but I'm willing to give it a chance. I'm just not so good at visualising and stuff like that...
I am planning on buying a big cross-stitch project with American Indian motive. I think it will look nice once I finish it... let's hope that I will *smile* I did finish my Yo Yo the coala project this weekend, and it's really cute.
On Friday we went to Anders' and Sofia's Halloween party... it was okay but nothing special. Anders and Vicki played a LOT of old dance music (like from our 7-9th grade years)and not until just before me and my sister left did Anders but on some REAL music (that is - Depeche Mode)... and I didn't feel quite like I was in the right place, just like always... I don't like parties *sigh*
On Saturday I managed to write a WHOLE page of my letter to Mély and then I got stuck... I will have to finish it later, perhaps tomorrow (sorry Mély but my head felt blank)... I finished my stitch project instead and then we went to visit Nina and her cute cats (yes, I took an allergy pill before I went there). We cooked dinner and played Sims (wow can you get stuck with that!) and watched "H20" (one of the suckiest movies I've ever seen, I think...) and stuff like that... Nice.
On Sunday I didn't do that much... slept... had breakfast for about and hour... tried to arrange some old vacation photos... really OLD (from Ireland 2000)... watched some TV, including "Erin Brokovich"...
And now it's Monday. Yipee. We'll go training box with Andreas tonight...
